Just an information for anyone who is interested in doing this: I tried
to combine the two mailguard options and failed. I am not a real (PHP)
programmer, and I thought this would be really simple. But I've been
thwarted by the (too late and too early) rawurlencoding of the address
in inc/parser/xhtml.php. Sorry, that's too complicated for my poor PHP
skills ... :-/
So, if anyone feels like doing it, go ahead.
