the "Development Snapshot (direct link)" link on
https://download.dokuwiki.org/ points to
http://github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki/tarball/master which makes Chrome
Version 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit) refuse the download with
the following message in the console:
Mixed Content: The site at 'https://download.dokuwiki.org/' was loaded
over a secure connection, but the file at
'https://codeload.github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki/legacy.tar.gz/master'
was redirected through an insecure connection. This file should be
served over HTTPS. This download has been blocked. See
https://blog.chromium.org/2020/02/protecting-users-from-insecure.html
for more details.
I guess it would suffice to change that url to https?
