Or, if you are using firefox, you can store all these pages in a single folder 
in the bookmarks and open them all at once in new tabs. You just have to login 
to your wiki before. Let's say your home page is on this wiki. You enter your 
credentials, then, you open all others tabs to your wiki.
I assume other browsers can do something similar.

General > Home Page
