[dokuwiki] Purge CSS caches on plugin change?

I just installed the definitionlist plugin, and hit the problem that (I
think) the CSS caching was stopping the CSS for the definitionlist
plugin working (the plugin itself worked, but there was no style for
<dt> and <dd>) -- I touched local.php and everything started working
fine, but this suggests that installing plugins (at least, plugins with
associated CSS) should be another thing that purges the cache. Or am I
missing something?
