Along those lines, a developer over at PunBB has integrated DokuWiki
with the PunBB forum. Mostly to handle authentication between the two.

Then what would be left to do is to create a forum topic per page you
care to discuss and provide a link on said page.
I tend to be in the camp that each app should do what it's best at,
rather than turn a forum into a CMS or a wiki into a forum, you should
work to provide interoperability.
