I checked it and found that the 'back' button now stops at the first
namespace start page. Former behaviour was to address the start page of
the parent namespace instead of hiding the button.
The attached patch reimplements the former behaviour.
By the way. Dokuwiki seems to become very slow. Especially in the
editor I recognised uncomfortable delays. My machine is not the
fastest, but I run dokuwiki from localhost and don't expect any
noticeable delays (maybe too much Ajax in the editor?). I didn't do any
measurements, only my personal feeling.
