The file being referred to is Dokuwiki's security message about the
permissions on the data directory not being secure!
I'm a bit confused! The dokuwiki data directory has the default
dokuwiki .htaccess file in it and I have mod_rewrite enabled. So,
what's wrong with my permissions, and why am I getting an error
message from apache?
