[dokuwiki] New release

Hi everybody!
I just made a new release. I want to thank all of you for helping to get out
the best DokuWiki release so far ;-) Especially thanks to Mathhias Grimm who
submitted a whole lot of patches and bugfixes.
I tried to update the documentation but I guess there are still some things
missing yet. Any help is appreciated as always.
Okay lets continue in adding stuff to DokuWiki. The mail subscription thingy is
already waiting :-)
