[dokuwiki] Multilanguage support for DokuWiki

Hello,
finally I wrote something working for that multilanguage thing :-). A
patch can be downloaded here:

This one uses data/pages/<language's_id>/<article's_name_in_that_language>.txt
scheme (as proposed by Chris Smith). There's a small drop-down box in
the page which shows in which languages the current page is translated
(marked by asterisk) and which languages one can choose to display
interface.
Sorry, I was too lazy to prepare demo site because I have a terrible flu :-(.
