[dokuwiki] Make a part of the page not editable by the users

Hello list,
Is there a way to make some part of the pages of my wiki become not visible
by the users? I would like that when a user, that have rights to do so, edit
a page, him don't even seen some part of the sintax. I would like to place
some google ads on the pages, and also a banner, and make sure that the
users can not edit this part.
Any sugestions?
