[dokuwiki] Login Button missing

Hello
I've uploaded Dokuwiki-2005-09-22 on my webspace. Whenn i call the wiki in
my browser, i cant't see the Login Button. The only things i've changed in
the config is the language and the title. So how can i manage it to create
at least an administrator account?
