Can we make these RSS only config options
$conf['RSS'][<option name>]
?
$conf is already quite big, and some form of organisation is probably
necessary.
$conf[<option name>] being dokuwiki wide options
$conf[<something>][<option name>] being more option settings for a specific
dokuwiki feature. Much as has already been done for the 'target', 'ftp' and
'proxy' settings.
