[dokuwiki] Is useheading broken?

Ah, I seem to have encountered my first functional problem with my upgrade.
Amazing to only have one!
$conf['useheading'] = 1 no longer seems to work -- the pages are being titled
per their wiki keys. I have useheading set in my local.php.
Can anyone confirm? Am I doing something wrong? Something to do with
upgrading? Thanks!
