[dokuwiki] Indexer changes merged - and problems found

Hi,
I've just merged the indexer changes into the master branch of DokuWiki.
Unfortunately there is also a problem I've just discovered: Metadata
is never deleted from the index unless that page is deleted, I've pages
in the backlinks that don't contain any links. This is a design problem
because the semantics of a "addMetaKeys" is not really to delete data.
Any idea how we can solve that quickly? Just purge the metadata index
for a page whenever a page is reindexed? Another problem is as I've
already mentioned already in my reply to the "freeze"-mail that plugins
should be able to trigger the reindexing of pages. Apart from that we
need some (or better: a lot of) test cases.
Unfortunately I don't have that much time as I also want to put some
more work into some of our GSoC ideas so don't expect too much from me.
