[dokuwiki] Howto debug php "Cannot modify header information" errors

Hi,
I'm having a litle issue in my DW installation, I'm getting this messages
in the apache error_log:
PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in
Unknown on line 0
I was thinking that the problem was my template, but using the default
template I still
see the error.
How can I debug this kind of errors in DW or in php ?
The server is running CentOS 4.4 with official updates
