[dokuwiki] Hotfix release for Igor and Hogfather

Hello,

A cross site scripting vulnerability has been reported in Dokuwiki[1].
Hotfix releases for both the current version (Igor) of Dokuwiki and 
the previous version (Hogfather) are available via https://dokuwiki.org.

Please upgrade your Dokuwiki installations.
