I wrote something like this. Its not online yet, but I can send it to you

It needs a mysql database which is the only problem.
Not a problem for me.
There is also something against Spam ... just a simple word checker, but
better than nothing and the posts have to be accepted by the admin to be
shown to the audience.
Is this an option or is it mandatory?
Give me a word, if you like to test it.
