[dokuwiki] Getting the release out

Hi all,
Thanks to a lot of travel, work and real life events, I hadn't the time I
usually spend before a release this month. And work will continue to be
demanding for the next few weeks (no free Fridays) so DokuWiki relies on
your help to get at least a RC out within October.
There are 8 open bugs on the roadmap that need handling:

Kate, I hope you're still reading the mailing list, maybe you can have a
look at the media manager related bugs?
Everyone please have a look at the open bugs and send patches or pull
requests.
The teams need some revive too. Ideally this mail should have been written
by the release team. But that team seems to consist of Adrian only, who
seems to be kinda busy with his new family. Everyone please consider joining
our teams and take some responsibility over DokuWiki's future. See
