Hi Andrew,
In this particular idea,
Is that good to provide a user such type of access.
_"The user who starts editing a page should be able to allow or deny the
initialization of a multi-user session."_
According to me, only admin or owner should have such type of access.
Admin will install plugin for multi user edit and hi can select pages
for which he wants to provide these feature.
Suggestions and comments are welcome.
