Hi Weiner,

These CDATA issues with the indexmenu plugin could be related to the update
of the jQuery javascript libraries in the last release of DokuWiki.
So far I didn't have time to look into this issue. I saw other people
provide already some good suggestions for this issue at Github. That will
be probably help a lot when I have time for this.
