[dokuwiki] Footnotes

I'm a footnote junky, but I've been depending upon the fact that the pages
would display the text of the footnote when you hovered over the number. I
seem to have lost that functionality, and I haven't been able to figure out
where it went.
I'm using release 17.
Somebody out there must know.
