Not sure of your motives for Tomcat/Quercus but for what it is worth
I run dokuwiki behind the Jetty servlet container using a FastCGI servlet
I've written (http://jen.sourceforge.net/). It doesn't have enough users
for a mailing list either, but happy for you to mail me direct :-).
