Hi all,
Okay some info on hotels and accommodation for the Hackfest here in London 29
Jun – 01 Jul. Please be aware that pre Olympic events will have already started
by this time, so accommodation and pricing will reflect this. I would advise
early bookings to get best prices and availability, they change daily.

This is a Bed and Breakfast guest house close by (5mins) with rooms from around
£70 - £120

a bit bigger and a little more expensive, again 5mins walk.
Now for something completely different. This might be an option as the
Universities will be on holidays and have student accommodation available, see
the link below. Cheap Student Rooms for around £40 per night.

This is close by, about 5 mins walk, but it’s going to be student quality and
room only. That said there are lots of cafes and bars around, so breakfast is
not a problem.
For the last three options you will have to book early, they will get full very
quickly.
The other choice is to stay out of town and tube in. If you do this go West,
not East. Heathrow is on the Piccadilly Line for instance, so Hatton Cross to
Green Park, then change to the Jubilee Line to Southwark, about 45-60min
