Copy the file.txt to file_fr.txt and add a link to the translated
doc (that's how we do for FAQs and forms) or if you have several
docs create an fr/ subdirectory with a copy of the file.txt which
is to be translated.
A Multilingual plugin could maybe handle signaling (small image
flags?) an existing translated version of file.txt ? or a
file_lang.txt? What do others think?
