[dokuwiki] Combining Email Subscriptions with Authldap authentication?

Hi,

is there a way to combine email subscriptions (https://www.dokuwiki.org/subscription) with Authldap authentication? Only locally registered users are currently getting notified about changed pages. I assume, that for our LDAP users, DW can't find a suitable email address. Is there a way to let DW know this information?

We are also using the authchained plugin with the following settings

  $conf['plugin']['authchained']['authtypes'] = 'authplain:authldap';
  $conf['plugin']['authchained']['usermanager_authtype'] = 'authplain';

DW version is 2015-08-10a "Detritus". All plugins are at their newest version.
