When I test my wiki page (http://kamaraju.xyz/dk/notes) in
https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly , I am getting the
following error

    Page is not mobile friendly
    Clickable elements too close together

I am using the dokuwiki template to generate it. Could you please tell
me how to fix this error and make the page mobile friendly?

https://web.dev/tap-targets/

- Tap targets that are 48 px by 48 px
- Increase the spacing between tap targets that are too close together
using properties like margin. There should be at least 8 px between
tap targets.

Thanks. Any idea how to do this adjustment in dokuwiki? I checked in
the "template style settings" and "configuration settings" of dokuwiki
administration screen but could not find anything relevant.
