Hi all,

I'm interested in maintaining the Arctic template[1]. I know: It was
very quiet around myself and the templates I'm maintaining[2][3] for the
last two months - but this should be an exception (hard times...).
Right now, I'm ready to help (and I already adding new stuff to vector
as I'm writing this).
And don't worry: I have no plan to do a complete rewrite or huge changes
like it was done/needed for monobook. Michael did a great job, therefore
it should be no real problem to provide support and implement new
features without re-factoring and stuff. Simply maintenance + requested,
adequate features. Any objections?

Regarding plugins: I tried to learn as much as possible about DokuWiki
itself in the last weeks, but I don't think I'm experienced enough to
maintain any bulked plugin in a sensible way. Hope that changes within
the next months. Additionally, I think it's important that a maintainer
is using his own stuff.
The only plugin which fits this requirements (1:not to complex. 2:used
by myself) is metaheaders[4]. Cause it does not have any GUI right now,
It would also be a good thing for me to learn more about DokuWiki
plugins by adding a GUI within the next months. Again: Any objections?
