With those last patches that is already avoided.

on that? Also, don't forget that different platforms display the buttons differently... The two attached pics show the main DokuWiki site at several sizes (note the off-vertical-centre of some of the buttons in the title pic, and the label and summary box on separate lines in the edit pic).
The things on the the edit bar picture are also being avoided. (Or at least most of them, as I haven't tested on a Mac. But I presume it's okay.)

But the other picture strikes me as odd, because all those buttons have the very same class applied to them (ie. all sharing "vertical-align: middle;")!?!
