My account is in group "editors" and "it-admins"
As I see it, membership in the "editors" group should grant me
full access to the page "infrastructure:cluster:status"
Is my interpretation of the ACLs wrong?

Yes. The closest namespace/page match wins. @ALL matches you, there's
no other rule with this specifity. So you get READ permission only.
