Yep, that wasn´t very clear was it. I was referring to the first case,
namespace templates..

What do you mean with templates? Namespace templates, for creating new start
pages or templates like in skins?
There is no built in way to do either but it shouldn't be too hard to write an
action plugin that suit your purpose.
