Looks like you are using html2pdf plugin? This link is added manually according
to their docs: https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:html2pdf#export_link_button
I am not sure how to add such a link for bootstrap3; it looks like html2pdf is
very old and hasn't been updated, so they did not add a link in tool menu as
move plugin does (tool menu is a proper way to add such a link in this case):
