„Source Code“ was already disabled in the config but is still visible. But i
think that´s ok so far. I´ll look around my testwiki and maybe i can figure it
out and transfer it to the Prod Wiki.
Thx a lot!

we´re using the latest Plugin version (Last updated on 2019-03-20) as well as
the latest Dokuwiki Version (2018-04-22b "Greebo"). If i enable the Pagetools
for non logged on users, that option i overlooked in the config, they appear at
the right side.
But also with some others like „Show Source Code“ / „Page rename“ and so on, do
you may know how i can disable the others, so only PDF Export is left?
`source` will be available to all users with read access (including guests),
except you explicitly disable it with
https://www.dokuwiki.org/config:disableactions (but all users will not be able
to use that anymore).
`move` will be available to all users with write access, I believe. Even if you
hide the button to users who has write access, users can still "move" pages
manually by editing pages. It's more of a helper tool.
