[dokuwiki] AJAX lock refreshing

Hi *!
Okay it's done :-) When ever you type into the textarea the lock for the
edited page gets refreshed through AJAX in the background (only if the
last refresh was more than a minute ago).
With this mechanism we could think about lowering the default lock time.
I'd suggest something between 6 to 9 minutes. Any suggestions from all
of you?
