[dokuwiki] 2006-03-09c reports itself as 2006-03-09b

Hi, I'm the Gentoo ebuild maintainer for dokuwiki and I just noticed
something rather odd with the latest release. When you go to check the
version that doku reports itself as, it says its 2006-03-09b. I was
puzzled, so I looked in the source and sure enough the VERSION file
still has 2006-03-09b in it.
I'm assuming that upstream just forgot that minor detail :). We're about
to release a security notice for this release, so I figured I'd let you
know ahead of time. I'm not sure what your policy should be since
changing the tarball in place is a nasty way of doing it.
