[dokuwiki-i18n] New release

Hi translators,
we are currently in the process of releasing a new version; a release
candidate is due this week. I would like to invite you to check your
translations; you may assume a stable string set until release.
In other news, we have a i18n team [1] where translation work is
coordinated and supported – feel free to join it and the team
coordination mailing list [2].
