[DZR] DirectiXer 2.3 will work with Sound Forge

DirectiXer 2.3 will work with Sound Forge. I was finally able to find
the quirk that makes it recognized by SF. What do you guys think? Is
it an important feature, or SONAR is the main tool of trade there?
