[delphizip] Eureka! create EXE from ZIP

Hello Roger,
Finally traced it to zipsfx.bin - for some reason or another the unit I was
using was corrupted and was accordingly corrupting the EXE files.
I did not believe it until doing a binary compare between the clean version and
the corrupted version - both same size and datetimestamp.
Since extracting a clean extract the problem has gone.
