Eric, some time ago you were saying that you now work with the Microsoft
compiler so your new dll's would need translating for builder. If they link ok
with Delphi/Builder why would they need translating (except for Borland
enthusiast's who want an all Borland solution) - If you know the tricks of the
compiler you normally use the outcome should be better!
Years ago I would have tried translating them but now I don't have time for
what I absolutely have to do, let alone try to learn the differences between
the two compilers.
Also -
When zipping a broad section of a drive (more so if you are only looking with
AddArchivesOnly) there can be quite a wait (presumably while it builds its list
of files) before it starts compressing its first file - could it generate the
occasional message (i.e. "searching" + count) say every 1024 files.
