[dectalk] dectalk competition!

Hi y'all. The dectalk competition is under way! You have to put twinkle
twinkle little star into dectalk, and then send it to the list with the
subject of dectalk competition within the next 24 hours, so that means all
entries must be in by 1304 gmt on sunday the 7th of July. This competition
is designed for both beginners and experts alike, because twinkle twinkle
little star really doesn't have too much in the way of timing, it's just
phonemics. All submissions will be judged by the ppl on this list, and the
best one will be put on the creations page.
