[DECtalk], Re: who?

According to my sent messages folder, I first mentioned the idea which
turned into playdec.exe on July 17, at 10:21 P.M. Eastern time.  That was
Saturday night, and I started work on Playdec late on Sunday night.
Amazing, isn't it?
