[DECtalk], Re: flinger future stuff

Well they all know now.
I hope i've done the right thing, I hope it doesn't come down like a landslide.
I certainly wouldn't anyone to make it comertual, its free, however it may bee.
But if its not supported in windows major readers, then maybee we are 
closer to a free screenreader, the idea has been going around.
We now have a free synth to use it with, now we must make it.
We are halfway there.
However, saying that, the ibm viavoice us english voices are quite close to 
eloquence, so that could bee supported.
The trial of hpr has them so they are also free to us.
