Apparently, Phonix corporation are working on that.
I honestly hope they hurry up!

Subject: [DECtalk], Any way to make the newer dectalks sound like the
older ones?

Hi,
Just wondering, is there any way to make the newer Dectalks, E.G. the
Dectalk Express from Force Computers, or the newer Phonix Dectalk software,
sound more like the old Digital dectalks? Imho, these newer Dectalks have a
bit of a weird sound, almost like someone with a speech defect or something.
Not exactly, but it is a bit different. The user guide available in the
text directory of http://andrelouis.com/dectalk doesn't talk about this i
don't think. Just wondering if others think the same thing and know of any
ways to change it.
