Neighbors! I hope self care is a priority - but just in case it's not, OR
if you want to step it up and not have to travel far, I want to remind you
about the last two months of WELLderness at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens,
hosted by Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Yoga, Tai Chi, live
performances by East of the River Steel Band, forest bathing, canoeing and
pontoon boating continue through October!
Every first, third and fifth weekend, we host art, live performance,
fitness and reflection sessions. Crafted with the needs of Ward 7 & 8
residents in mind, these sessions are free and outdoors, allowing us to
remember the various ways we can use our neighborhood national park green
space.
Register in advance or show up to the last two months of free wellness
