The Northeast Performing Arts Group (NEPAG) will host the Dynamic Gospel
Explosion fundraiser on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at THEARC Theater,
located at 1901 Mississippi Avenue, S.E., Washington, D.C. 20020.
The Dynamic Gospel Explosion is not a competition, but an evening of praise
and worship. This annual event is celebrated in partnership with the
District’s faith-based community and will showcase some of the best gospel
artists and liturgical dance ministries in the Washington, D.C.
metropolitan area.
This year’s fundraiser will be hosted by gospel Comedienne Tanya Lewis and
feature performances from the Northeast Performing Arts Group, Raw Element
Dance Company, Main Attraction Performing Arts Center, Bliss Dance Company,
The Cast of All-Stars, The Collectif Project, Limited Dancing Warriorettes,
The Conway Academy, Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church Movin' in the Spirit Dance
Company and many more.
The auditorium doors will open at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022,
and the show will start promptly at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door on the day of the

The NEPAG is celebrating 42 years of service to the arts and is a
nationally known 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to changing
the lives of youth through exposure to the performing arts. The proceeds
from this year's fundraiser will be used to augment funding for NEPAG's
year-round performing arts and academic-related programs for at-risk
District youth, with an emphasis on wards east of the river.
*COVID-19 Safety Guidelines:*
Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a Negative COVID-19 Rapid
Test are required to attend all indoor performances and events at THEARC
Theater and Black Box.
Children under 12 years of age and patrons with a medical condition or a
closely-held religious belief that prevents vaccination must provide proof
of a 72-hr negative COVID-19 Rapid or PCR test to attend an indoor
performance.
Masks are required at all times for all patrons and visitors regardless of
vaccination status in all indoor spaces at the THEARC Theater and Black Box.
