Happy Presidents Day Commissioners:
The Office of Planning (OP) invites you to a participate in a unique public
process. OP, with the District Commemorative Works Committee, has
identified preferred sites for future commemorative works in the District
of Columbia. We request your participation by attending a *virtual
meeting* scheduled for *February 18th, 2021 at 6:00pm* and by
completing a *brief
survey*.
To register for the meeting and take the survey go to:

have 3 to 5 minutes you can register for the town hall, review the location
strategy for your Ward, and take the survey. If you have 10 minutes or
more, you can do all the above and read about the location strategy in
greater detail. The attached flyer contains information on how you can
connect with the virtual meeting as well as take the on-line survey. If
you are unable to attend the on-line meeting by computer or device, you may
conference call in during the meeting time by dialing *855-925-2801, the
