Thank you for your interest. I am copying in Ms Anita Crawford, daughter of
Ms Virginia B Jones for your question about celebrating in person without a
vehicle.

I would imagine that you should be able to join with a mask and social
distance on foot, but looping her in to be sure.

*Join Us for Virgina B Jones Drive By Birthday Celebration*
*2pm April 24th 2021.   5012 Meade St NE.     Line Up by 1:30pm. Wear a
Mask.*


   - Please adorn your vehicle with balloons and any other festive items
   - A card box will be provided for your convenience
   - Due to COVID 19 you must wear a mask at all time
   - Attendees will not be permitted to approach the honoree or house
   for safety
   - Remain in your vehicles until the designated time
   - Maintain 6 feet at all times
   - The parade starts at 2pm sharp
   - Vehicle Line up no later than 1:30pm
   - The line up starts at 1100 50th Place NE (in front of Charles
   Houston Elementary)
   - Following Lead Vehicle, turn left on Lee Street, left on 50th
   Street, Left on Meade St (before turning on Meade St, please begin honking
   horns/waving and proceed past the house (on the right) at approximately 10
   MPH (please no stopping at this point)
   - Proceed past the house and circle the block for a second time (use
   the same route)
   - At the conclusion of the second drive by, please park near the
   school and exit the vehicle for prayer, presentation, and a birthday song
   along. vehicles with elderly passengers should park closer to home.
   - At the conclusion of the event, please return to your vehicles and
   exit the neighborhood
   - Thank you for your participation!
