Good Morning All,
This is an important reminder regarding the testimony sign up process for the
December 15 BZA Virtual Public
Hearing<https://dcoz.dc.gov/service/watch-live-virtual-zcbza-hearingsmeetings>.
See instructions below.
All Applicants, Applicant Representatives/Expert Witnesses, and Parties
(including ANC and party status representatives) that plan on providing oral
testimony must sign up in advance of the public hearing.
PLEASE NOTE: any new filings, including PowerPoints, must be submitted to IZIS
no later than 24 hours before the hearing AND, if to be presented during the
hearing, sent via email to Paul Young,

Instructions to Sign Up for ALL Participants:
Applicants/ANCs/Party Status/Members of the Public:
1. Visit the Office of Zoning website:
https://app.dcoz.dc.gov/Kiosk/Kiosk.aspx
2. Select the hearing date and case number from the drop down
lists.
3. Fill in the online form with the name and contact
information that will be used the day of the hearing.
4. Select your Affiliation and Testimony Type from the drop
down lists.
5. Check the Oath box and click "Submit".
If you are unable to sign up online, call Robert Reid at 202-727-5471 to sign
up to testify.
Instructions for accessing the Webex hearing have been reattached for your
convenience. The Webex link and telephone call-in information for the December
15th hearing can also be found here:
