sorry i don't understand your question very well, but if you want to play a 
wave file in sonar with sfz just  open sfz from the insert soft synth menu 
and
in the insert synth dialog check  create midi track and audio track, and 
also check the open properties window.
once in the properties window hit f4 to open the caketalking options for 
this dialog, from there select  load and you can select a wave file, or 
soundfont.
then you just play your keyboard. sometimes it is necesary to hit play once 
so the synth engine is activated.

Hi!
I loaded my sfz.
I did nothing, but I see when I open the recent file menu some files I used 
before today.
How to clear this list?
If I load a new file into sfz, A wavefile, I can do what ever I want, I hear 
nothing.
why is it so and how to clear the list of recent files?
I insertet sfz into my project.
