you can load them into an audio track with the explorer view or by selecting
import audio from the file menu.
after that you can apply clip properties.

How do you use these samples? How do yu insert them into Sonar? The files
have different extensions like wav or aiff. Can you use them to play on a
keyboard and record into your project or you have to use them as they are?

Sample Swap is run by a great guy named Canton. If you sent a message
saying that you were unable to register due to the "captia" requirement, he
will persoanlly set you up with an account including login name and password.
you can change these afterwards.
there are some decent samples and loops at Sample Swap. Remember it is a
dot org so give 'em some slack.
The captia requirement of identifying graphical text is becoming a big
problem. My Space, Face Book and many others use it
