I installed the lame decoder in to Sonar just for kicks to see if I could get it done.

I already was using the Cakewalk mp3 decoder I perchase several years ago.
Is there a bit rate limitation in the lame decoder?
If I go above the bit rate of 192 I get an return error message.
Bit rate of 220 and 300 do not work.
Is this normal? Maybe theres a paid version.

if Cakewalk doesn't already come with one, I recommend the Lame Encoder. Check out this tutorial:
